1. Please kindly pay within 3 days after order made, otherwise order will be canceled automatically

2. Please kindly inform us via email about the transaction bank, amount, date, time and order no.

3. Please kindly keep the transaction slip for necessary reference.

4. Payment can be made through ATM/Online Banking 3rd party transfer or kindly go to the counter for Cash Deposit.

5. For pre-order stocks, customers have to make payment before the due date of ordering period. Items will be delivered 2-5 weeks or longer after the ordering period depending on shipment schedule.

6. There will be a slight difference between real stocks and the pictures shown in our website, due to the lighting in the photography.

7. Each item will be strictly checked before it is delivered, so there will not be much problem about the clothes.

8. Any imperfection or minor stains (be it removable or not), imperfection in tailoring, color fading, man-made imperfections, buttons not well-secured, computer monitor display and actual fabric color differences of the apparels are strictly not exchangeable. We're not responsible for lost or damage during shipping.

9. We reserved the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability. Payments are not refundable if there is any stock unavailability, but customer may bring forward the amount to the next order/ change with other item (only same or higher price item). Please choose one.

East Malaysia: 1-3 pieces RM 10 (additional 1 piece add RM2)
